HOT! HOT! HOT!

In case you didn't notice, rainy season is late to the party this year. The super hot conditions without the relief of an afternoon shower can wreak havoc on your landscape.  How can you keep your grass and other landscape beds looking their best?   1. Mow high. Put your lawn mower on a high setting, to leave the grass around 4-5 inches high.

2. Deep, regular watering. If you want a green lawn all summer long, you must water consistently.   3. For best results, make sure you water early in the day (before 9am wherever possible). 4. Apply fertilizer - we don't recommend just grabbing a bag of weed and feed at the local big box store!  The best thing to do is to treat. your home and landscape like the investment that it is and hire a professional that will be mindful of the seasons, conditions, and individual needs of your home's turf and landscape beds and apply the right chemicals at the right times.
